The founding director of Premier Property and Finance Centre had been a private landlord since 1985 and had used numerous letting agents. After receiving a poor service from the letting agents, he established Premier Property and Finance Centre in 1996.

Not only are we are a family run business and operate from our own premises, but our team are all third generation Walthamstow residents, and therefore have a thorough understanding of the local property market, be it Warner properties or standard Victorian houses.

Our clientele is predominantly through word of mouth and we are constantly referred new business by our satisfied customers, who have helped us to grow and we now manage a portfolio of over £15m.

We at Premier Property and Finance Centre are firm believers in supporting the local economy hence we try our best to support local businesses and charities. We simply love Walthamstow and have witnessed the rise and transformation of the area from the demolition of the old arcade site, to the erection of the new cinema complex.

We have been here for many years and are not jumping on the bandwagon like other agents who are here today and might be gone tomorrow.
