Full Management is where we market the property and find suitable tenants, we vet and referencecheck the tenants, carry out an inventory of the property, draft the tenancy agreement, collect rent on a monthly basis on behalf of the landlord, liaise with the landlord and tenants to deal with repairs and the general maintenance of the property, regular inspections of the property, ensure the property is compliant with current health and safety and local authority regulations, arrange gas/electric safety certificates, notifying the utility companies and local authority of any change of tenancies, renew the tenancies upon expiry, obtain rent increase on each renewal (subject to market valuations) – we manage properties for a large variety of clients, including international, national and large corporate landlords.
