Having been landlords since 1985, we established Premier Property and Finance Centre in 1996 after receiving a poor service from numerous large letting agents.

As landlords we understand the need to not only maximise the rental income, but also ensure we have good quality tenants who will care for the property as their own. We appreciate all landlords have different requirements, hence, we try to provide as much a be-spoke service as possible, in addition to the traditional services offered by all letting agents.

    Full Mangement - 15%
    Full Management is where we market the property and find suitable tenants, we vet and referencecheck the tenants, carry out an inventory of the property, draft the tenancy agreement, collect rent on a monthly basis on behalf of the landlord, liaise with the landlord and tenants to deal with repairs and the general maintenance of the property, regular inspections of the property, ensure the property is compliant with current health and safety and local authority regulations, arrange gas/electric safety certificates, notifying the utility companies and local authority of any change of tenancies, renew the tenancies upon expiry, obtain rent increase on each renewal (subject to market valuations) – we manage properties for a large variety of clients, including international, national and large corporate landlords.

    Rent Collection Service - 10%
    Rent collect is where we market the property and find suitable tenants, we vet and reference check the tenants, carry out an inventory of the property, draft the tenants agreement, collect rent on a monthly basis on behalf of the landlord, advise the landlord of any disrepair, notifying the utility companies and local authority of any change of tenancies, renew the tenancies upon expiry, obtain rent increase on each renewal (subject to market valuations)

    Rent Guarantee
    Rent Guarantee is where we enter into a Lease with the Landlord for a fixed period of time and guarantee to pay a fixed rent( subject to rent reviews) to a landlord whether the property is occupied or not

    Introductions With Rent Reviews - 8%
    Introductions is where we market the property and find suitable tenants, we vet and reference check the tenants, draft the tenancy agreement, collect the first months rent on behalf of the landlord, renew the tenancies upon expiry, obtain rent increase on each renewal (subject to market valuations)
